We are 3 siblings – Camilla, Giovanni and Federico – aged between 31 and 34. All three of us were born in Genoa, where we grew up with our family and went to school.
Our company was born from the desire to look to a different future, giving value to what we had. We produce natural wines without the use of herbicides or chemical fertilizers in the vineyard, according to principles of environmental sustainability..
Vinified in a traditional way without filtration or clarification, our wines represent the territory from which they come.
We are firm believers in the idea held by the ancients that there exists something they called a “genius loci”, a spirit that distinguishes the place where we live, that shapes nature and binds those who live there in a mutual relationship and that must be recognised and respected accordingly.
This is why we concentrate our care and attention on what we produce, focusing on quality rather than quantity.

Tasting of 3 Timorassi of the company obtained from different styles of vinification, a blend (DYNAMIS), an oak fermentation (ELEKTRON²) and a steel fermentation (ELEKTRON).
PAIRINGS: cold cuts, cheeses, pies and preserves produced in the farm.
