The tasting itinerary will guide you to discover the main native grape varieties of the Langhe region, understanding our productive philosophy dedicated to discover the most updated and advanced eco-sustainable techniques. Immersed in the historic family vineyards, you will visit the cellar and walk between the vineyards, tasting the traditional wines of the Langhe.

MATTER OF EVOLUTION – 1h 30min – € 40pp
The visit begins with the tasting of the most popular wines of the area: Barbera and Nebbiolo.
The focus of tasting the single grape wines is to understand the differences. Furthermore the addition of Barbera d’Alba Superiore and Barbaresco, wines with a longer ageing process, is important to understand the evolution and the transformation of the taste.

THE CRU OF BAROLO AND BARBARESCO – 1h 30min- € 50pp
After the visit and the walk in the family vineyards, we will discover the different shades that the traditional vines can show depending on the production and aging process.
The wines are tasted through a careful observation of the soil and the single vineyards to which they belong.

We had wonderful wine tasting visit on the afternoon of Oct. 5. Francesco, the winemaker, was our guide for the winery tour and he is fabulous and passionate, sharing his experiences not only in Italy but in the US and elsewhere. He also joined us for the first part of our tasting, and then Paolo, the charming owner, joined us for the remainder. Delicious wines enjoyed on the shady courtyard on a sunny afternoon – it could not have been better. Frances the English setter also stopped by to say hello. Highly recommend the winery for tastings and we have an order being shipped to us in the US.

A wonderful wine tasting experience. They were well prepared and clearly have a respect for fine wines, both white and red. Be prepared for wine prices to be slightly higher than in the region but they are worth it.
